Hey, I’m Yenny Otero.
I design, build and launch AI products that help people navigate complex decisions with greater clarity, confidence and agency. Combining behavioural science, product strategy and hands-on AI development, I work from customer discovery through rapid prototyping to production.
A large part of my work focuses on moments where people feel stressed, uncertain, or overwhelmed, and how product design can reduce friction without removing trust or control.

I’m a founder and AI product leader. I build products that help people make better decisions, taking them from strategy and customer discovery all the way to shipped code.
For 20 years I’ve worked on the moments where people feel stressed, uncertain or overwhelmed: getting a loan, adjusting to a hearing aid, waiting for a cancer diagnosis. I’m completing an Executive MBA at Warwick Business School, where my research looks at why people avoid engaging with their finances and how AI can help them move from avoidance to agency.

For 20 years I’ve worked on the moments where people feel stressed, uncertain or overwhelmed: getting a loan, adjusting to a hearing aid, waiting for a cancer diagnosis. That work taught me that good products change behaviour, not just screens. Today I bring that together with hands-on building, using Claude, Next.js and Supabase to ship real products and test them with real people.
